Refund Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for WP StoreFlow products.

WP StoreFlow sells digital WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded, accessed, and activated immediately after purchase, refunds are handled according to the conditions below.

By purchasing a product from WP StoreFlow, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Our 14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window for new purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date at:

info@wpstoreflow.com

Please include your order email address, order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

2. When refunds may be approved

Refunds may be approved when:

  • The plugin does not work as described on the product page.

  • There is a technical issue that we cannot reasonably resolve.

  • The product is not compatible with your website setup and we cannot provide a practical solution.

  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake.

  • You purchased the wrong license package and need help changing it.

  • A renewal payment was made and you request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date.

We may ask for additional information so we can understand the issue, such as screenshots, error messages, your WordPress/WooCommerce version, plugin settings, or temporary access to a test/staging site.

3. Please contact support first

Before approving a refund for a technical issue, we may ask for a reasonable opportunity to help solve the problem.

Many plugin issues are caused by settings, theme conflicts, third-party plugin conflicts, outdated software, caching, or hosting configuration. In many cases, these issues can be fixed quickly once we have enough information.

If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, and your request is made within the refund window, we may approve the refund.

4. When refunds may be declined

Refunds may be declined when:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.

  • You changed your mind after the 14-day refund window.

  • You no longer need the product after the 14-day refund window.

  • You purchased the product by mistake but did not contact us within 14 days.

  • You refuse to provide enough information for us to investigate a technical issue.

  • The issue is caused by custom code, unsupported modifications, unrelated third-party plugins, your theme, hosting limitations, server settings, or outdated software.

  • The requested feature was not advertised as included in the product.

  • You expected custom development, custom design work, or setup services that are not included with the product.

  • Your license key, account, or download access has been shared, resold, published, abused, or used in violation of our Terms & Conditions or License Agreement.

  • The refund request appears fraudulent, abusive, or part of repeated refund misuse.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

5. Digital product notice

WP StoreFlow products are digital products. No physical product is shipped.

After purchase, you may receive immediate access to downloads, license activation, product files, and account features.

For customers in regions where a legal right of withdrawal applies, that right may be affected when digital delivery begins immediately after purchase and you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that your withdrawal right may be lost.

This does not affect the voluntary 14-day refund window described in this Refund Policy.

6. Annual renewals

Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If you do not want your annual license to renew, you are responsible for cancelling the renewal before the renewal date.

You may request a refund for an annual renewal payment within 14 days of the renewal date.

After 14 days, renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

If a renewal refund is approved, your license may be cancelled or downgraded, and access to updates, downloads, license activation, and support may end.

7. Lifetime licenses

Lifetime licenses are eligible for the same 14-day refund window as other new purchases.

After the 14-day refund window has passed, lifetime license purchases are generally non-refundable.

If a lifetime license refund is approved, the license will be deactivated and access to downloads, updates, license activation, and support will end.

8. Upgrades, downgrades, and duplicate purchases

If you purchased the wrong license package, contact us at info@wpstoreflow.com.

Where possible, we may help you upgrade, downgrade, correct the order, or refund a duplicate purchase.

If a refund or adjustment is approved, access to the previous license package may be changed or removed.

9. Refund processing

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

After we approve a refund, it may take several business days for the money to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or exchange-rate differences may not always be refundable, depending on the payment provider.

10. Effect of a refund

If a refund is approved:

  • Your license key may be deactivated.

  • Your access to downloads may be removed.

  • Your access to updates may end.

  • Your access to support may end.

  • You must stop using the refunded product.

A refund does not give you permission to continue using paid WP StoreFlow products without a valid license.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at info@wpstoreflow.com so we can help.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your license, account access, downloads, updates, and support while the dispute is being reviewed.

We reserve the right to refuse future purchases or support in cases of chargeback abuse, fraud, or repeated payment disputes.

12. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

info@wpstoreflow.com

Please include:

  • Your name

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • Your order number, if available

  • The product name

  • The reason for the refund request

  • Any screenshots or details that may help us understand the issue

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a newer version gives you more favorable rights or unless a change is required by law.
