License Agreement

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This License Agreement explains how you may use WP StoreFlow products, license keys, updates, downloads, support, and related services.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a WP StoreFlow product, you agree to this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with this License Agreement, please do not use our products.

1. Who we are

WP StoreFlow is operated by twopixels, based in the Netherlands.

Our website is:

www.wpstoreflow.com

You can contact us at:

info@wpstoreflow.com

In this License Agreement, “WP StoreFlow”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to twopixels, trading as WP StoreFlow.

2. What this agreement covers

This License Agreement applies to WP StoreFlow products, including WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, license keys, updates, downloads, support, documentation, account access, and related services.

This agreement works together with our:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund Policy

If there is a conflict between this License Agreement and a specific open-source software license included with a product, the open-source license will apply to the software code covered by that license.

3. Software license

WP StoreFlow plugins are built for WordPress and WooCommerce.

Unless stated otherwise in the product files, plugin source code is provided under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, or another GPL-compatible license.

This means that parts of the software may be used, copied, modified, and redistributed according to the terms of the applicable open-source license.

Nothing in this License Agreement is intended to remove rights that you receive under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license that applies to the software.

4. Commercial license key and paid services

A WP StoreFlow license key is not the same as the open-source software license.

A license key gives the original customer access to WP StoreFlow paid services, depending on the license purchased. These services may include:

  • License activation

  • Product downloads

  • Automatic updates

  • Support

  • Account access

  • Access to the customer area

  • License management

  • Renewal management

A valid license key may be required to receive updates, support, downloads, and other customer services from WP StoreFlow.

5. License packages and site limits

WP StoreFlow currently offers license packages for:

  • 1 website

  • 3 websites

  • 30 websites

The site limit refers to the number of production websites/domains where the license key may be activated, unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout page.

A website generally means one live WordPress installation, domain, or store.

Local, development, or staging websites may be treated differently where our license system supports this. If staging or development activations are not automatically excluded, contact us and we will review the situation where reasonable.

You may deactivate a license from one website and activate it on another website, as long as you stay within your license limit and do not abuse the license system.

6. Use on client websites

You may use a WP StoreFlow plugin on websites you own or manage, including client websites, as long as you stay within the site limit of your license package.

You may not sell, share, publish, or transfer your WP StoreFlow account, license key, download access, or support access to a client or third party unless we give written permission.

If a client needs their own direct access to downloads, updates, license management, or support, they should purchase their own license.

7. Annual licenses

Annual licenses include access to updates and support for the license period shown at checkout, usually one year from the purchase date.

Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If automatic renewal is enabled, your saved payment method may be charged on the renewal date.

You are responsible for cancelling your renewal before the renewal date if you do not want the license to renew.

After an annual license expires or is cancelled, the plugin may continue to work, but you may lose access to:

  • Automatic updates

  • Product downloads

  • License activation

  • Support

  • Customer-only services

Some features or services may require an active license connection.

8. Lifetime licenses

A lifetime license includes lifetime updates and lifetime support for the purchased product.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the customer, website, business, WordPress, WooCommerce, or WP StoreFlow as a company.

A lifetime license gives you access to updates and support for the purchased product for as long as that product remains actively maintained and offered by WP StoreFlow.

A lifetime license does not include:

  • Custom development

  • Custom design work

  • Setup services

  • Hosting

  • Third-party services

  • Unrelated future products

  • Guaranteed compatibility with every future third-party platform change

  • A guarantee that the product will be developed forever

If a product is discontinued, replaced, merged into another product, or no longer actively maintained, lifetime updates and support for that product may end.

9. License key responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your license key safe and private.

You must not:

  • Share your license key publicly

  • Sell your license key

  • Lease, rent, or sublicense your license key

  • Publish your license key online

  • Include your license key in a publicly shared website, code repository, ZIP file, tutorial, or template

  • Use your license key to provide unauthorized access to WP StoreFlow services

If your license key is shared, leaked, abused, or used in violation of this agreement, we may suspend or deactivate the license key.

10. What you may do

Subject to your license package and the applicable open-source software license, you may:

  • Install the plugin on websites within your license limit

  • Use the plugin on your own websites

  • Use the plugin on client websites you manage

  • Receive updates while your license is active

  • Contact support while your license is active

  • Modify GPL-covered plugin code for your own lawful use

  • Make backups of the plugin files for your own records

  • Move activations between websites within your site limit

11. What you may not do

You must not:

  • Use a license key on more websites than your license package allows

  • Share, sell, publish, or leak your license key

  • Share your WP StoreFlow account access

  • Resell WP StoreFlow downloads, license keys, updates, or support access

  • Claim WP StoreFlow products, branding, or content as your own

  • Use our brand, logo, product names, or website content in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership

  • Access or attempt to access WP StoreFlow update servers, license servers, accounts, downloads, or support without authorization

  • Use automation, scraping, or abuse methods against our website, account area, license system, or services

  • Use a license key obtained through fraud, theft, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized sharing

This section does not restrict rights you may have under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license that applies to the software code. It does restrict unauthorized access to WP StoreFlow paid services, accounts, license keys, updates, downloads, support, branding, and infrastructure.

12. Modified versions

You may modify GPL-covered plugin code according to the applicable open-source license.

However, modified versions are not official WP StoreFlow products unless we approve them in writing.

If you modify the plugin, you are responsible for the modified version.

We are not required to provide support for modified versions, unofficial versions, nulled versions, third-party redistributed copies, or versions obtained from sources other than WP StoreFlow.

Modified or unofficial versions may not use WP StoreFlow license keys, update servers, support access, branding, or services without authorization.

13. Redistribution

Some parts of WP StoreFlow software may be redistributed according to the applicable open-source license.

However, you may not redistribute, sell, publish, or provide unauthorized access to:

  • WP StoreFlow license keys

  • WP StoreFlow account access

  • Customer-only downloads

  • Automatic update access

  • Support access

  • Private customer services

  • WP StoreFlow branding, logos, website content, or documentation unless separately permitted

  • Commercial assets that are not included under an open-source license

Redistributed copies are not eligible for WP StoreFlow updates, license activation, downloads, or support unless the user has a valid license purchased from WP StoreFlow.

14. Updates

A valid license may be required to receive product updates.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes

  • Security improvements

  • Compatibility updates

  • New features

  • Performance improvements

  • User interface improvements

  • Documentation improvements

We may change, add, or remove features over time.

We aim to keep our products compatible with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and common hosting environments, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, browser, server, custom setup, or future third-party change.

You are responsible for backing up your website and testing updates before applying them to a live site.

15. Support

Support is available to customers with an active license.

Support may include help with installation, activation, settings, bug reports, and compatibility questions directly related to WP StoreFlow products.

Support does not include:

  • Custom development

  • Custom design work

  • Building your website for you

  • Fixing unrelated theme or plugin issues

  • Fixing hosting, DNS, email, malware, or server issues

  • WooCommerce store management

  • Performance optimization unrelated to our product

  • Support for heavily modified versions

  • Support for unofficial or redistributed copies

We may ask for screenshots, error messages, system information, or temporary website access to investigate an issue.

We are not required to provide support if a license is expired, cancelled, refunded, suspended, abused, or used outside its site limit.

16. Third-party software and services

WP StoreFlow products may include or interact with third-party software, libraries, platforms, APIs, or services.

Third-party components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.

You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your website, store, hosting, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, or other services you use.

WP StoreFlow is not responsible for third-party products, services, outages, changes, pricing, or compatibility issues outside our control.

17. Ownership of brand, content, and services

WP StoreFlow retains ownership of its brand, logos, product names, website content, documentation, videos, screenshots, marketing materials, account system, license system, update infrastructure, and support services, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reuse, resell, or redistribute WP StoreFlow branding, documentation, website content, marketing content, or customer-only materials without permission, except where allowed by law or by an applicable open-source license.

18. Refunds and license deactivation

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved, we may deactivate the related license key and remove access to:

  • Downloads

  • Updates

  • License activation

  • Support

  • Customer-only services

Any software code already provided under an open-source license remains governed by that open-source license. However, a refund does not give you the right to continue using WP StoreFlow paid services, license keys, account access, updates, downloads, or support.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license key, account access, downloads, updates, or support if you violate this License Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

This may happen if:

  • A license key is shared, sold, leaked, or abused

  • A license is used beyond its site limit

  • Payment is reversed, disputed, or fraudulent

  • Your account is used for abuse or unauthorized access

  • You attempt to misuse our license system, update servers, or services

  • You violate our Terms & Conditions or this License Agreement

Termination of WP StoreFlow services does not remove any rights you may have under an applicable open-source license for software code already lawfully received.

20. No warranty

WP StoreFlow products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, compatible with every setup, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in this License Agreement limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP StoreFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product, license, or service will be limited to the amount you paid for that product or service during the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in this License Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

22. Changes to this License Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are important, we may also notify users by email or through a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our products, license keys, account, updates, downloads, or support after changes are published means you accept the updated License Agreement.

23. Governing law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
