Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using WP StoreFlow, purchasing our products, accessing your account, using our WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, and requesting support.
By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a plugin, activating a license, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or products.
1. Who we are
WP StoreFlow is operated by twopixels, based in the Netherlands.
Our website is:
You can contact us at:
In these Terms, “WP StoreFlow”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to twopixels, trading as WP StoreFlow.
2. What we sell
WP StoreFlow sells digital products, including premium WordPress and WooCommerce plugins.
Our products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
Product features, pricing, license options, support terms, and update access may vary depending on the product or plan you purchase. The specific details shown on the product page and checkout page apply to your purchase.
3. Website use
You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website or products to:
-
Violate any law or regulation
-
Infringe the rights of others
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
-
Interfere with the security or performance of our website
-
Copy, scrape, or misuse our content, account area, license system, or services
-
Share, sell, or publish private account access, license keys, downloads, or support access
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Accounts
Some purchases may require a customer account.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must provide accurate account and billing information. If your details change, you should update them or contact us.
We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.
5. Orders and payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full credit card details on our own website.
Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time. Any applicable taxes, VAT, or fees will be displayed at checkout where required.
We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if:
-
Payment fails or is reversed
-
The order appears fraudulent or abusive
-
There is an obvious pricing or product error
-
Required billing or tax information is missing or incorrect
-
The purchase violates these Terms
6. Digital delivery
After a successful purchase, you will usually receive access to your product through your account, email, or download area.
Access may be delayed if payment is pending, additional verification is required, or there is a technical issue.
Because our products are digital, you are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files where appropriate.
7. Licenses and site limits
When you purchase a WP StoreFlow product, you receive a license to use the product according to the license type, site limit, and terms shown at checkout.
WP StoreFlow currently offers license packages for:
-
1 website
-
3 websites
-
30 websites
The site limit refers to the number of websites/domains where the license may be activated, unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout page.
A license may be required for:
-
Activating the plugin
-
Receiving automatic updates
-
Accessing support
-
Managing downloads
-
Connecting the product to a website/domain
Your license does not give you ownership of WP StoreFlow, our brand, our website, our account system, our support services, or any license/update infrastructure.
Your use of our software is also governed by our separate License Agreement.
8. License keys and account access
You are responsible for keeping your license key private.
You must not share, sell, publish, lease, sublicense, or distribute your license key, account access, download access, or support access.
This does not limit any rights you may have under an open-source license that applies to parts of the software. However, access to WP StoreFlow updates, license activation, downloads, and support is only provided to customers with a valid license.
9. Annual licenses and automatic renewals
Annual licenses include access to updates and support for the license period shown at checkout, usually one year from the purchase date.
Annual licenses automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If your license renews automatically, the payment method used for the original purchase or the payment method saved in your account may be charged for the renewal.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want the license to renew.
You can cancel renewal through your account, if available, or by contacting us at info@wpstoreflow.com before the renewal date.
After an annual license expires or is cancelled, the plugin may continue to work, but you may lose access to updates, downloads, license activation, and support unless the license is renewed.
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or cancel access to updates, downloads, license activation, and support.
10. Lifetime licenses
If you purchase a lifetime license, the license includes lifetime updates and lifetime support for the purchased product.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the customer, website, or business.
A lifetime license gives you access to updates and support for that product for as long as the product remains actively maintained and offered by WP StoreFlow.
A lifetime license does not include:
-
Custom development
-
Custom design work
-
Unrelated future products
-
Third-party services
-
Hosting
-
Guaranteed compatibility with every future third-party platform change
-
A guarantee that the product will be developed forever
If a product is discontinued, replaced, merged into another product, or no longer actively maintained, lifetime updates and support for that product may end.
11. Updates
We may provide updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, performance, and user experience.
We aim to keep our products compatible with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and commonly used environments, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting provider, custom setup, or future version of WordPress or WooCommerce.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing updates on a staging site before applying them to a live website.
We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated software, unsupported server environments, custom code, third-party plugins, theme conflicts, incorrect settings, or failure to back up your website.
12. Support
Support is available to customers with an active license, unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout page.
Support may include help with:
-
Plugin installation
-
License activation
-
Basic setup questions
-
Plugin settings
-
Bug reports
-
Compatibility questions directly related to our product
Support does not include:
-
Custom development
-
Custom design work
-
Building your website for you
-
Fixing unrelated theme or plugin issues
-
Fixing hosting, server, malware, email, or DNS issues
-
WooCommerce store management
-
Performance optimization unrelated to our product
-
Support for heavily modified versions of our plugin
We may still choose to help with issues outside the normal support scope, but we are not required to do so.
We do not guarantee a specific response time unless a specific support level is clearly stated in writing.
13. Temporary website access for support
For some support requests, we may ask for screenshots, system information, error logs, or temporary website access.
You should only provide access when necessary. If temporary admin access is provided, you are responsible for removing that access after the support request is completed.
You should not send sensitive information unless it is required for support.
14. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, we may deactivate the related license key and remove access to downloads, updates, and support for the refunded product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
15. EU consumer rights and digital products
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have certain legal rights when purchasing online, including a right of withdrawal in some situations.
Because WP StoreFlow sells digital products that may be available for immediate download or activation after purchase, your right of withdrawal may be affected once digital delivery begins, depending on the consent and acknowledgement provided during checkout.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Please see our Refund Policy for more information about refunds and withdrawal requests.
16. Product descriptions and demos
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible.
Product screenshots, demos, feature descriptions, examples, and marketing materials are provided to help explain the product. They do not guarantee that the product will look or behave exactly the same on every website, theme, plugin setup, browser, device, or hosting environment.
We may change product features, design, documentation, pricing, or availability at any time.
17. Third-party platforms and services
Our products are built for WordPress and WooCommerce, but WP StoreFlow is independent and is not owned by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with WordPress, WooCommerce, Automattic, or any other third-party platform unless clearly stated.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, and other names or logos belong to their respective owners.
Our website and products may depend on third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, email services, license systems, analytics tools, or support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
18. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-
Making sure the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing
-
Keeping your WordPress website, themes, plugins, and hosting environment updated
-
Backing up your website before installing or updating plugins
-
Testing updates before applying them to a live website
-
Using our products in a lawful way
-
Keeping your account and license key secure
-
Providing accurate information when contacting support
You are also responsible for your own website, store, customers, orders, checkout process, taxes, legal compliance, and business operations.
19. No guaranteed results
Our products are designed to improve website functionality and user experience, but we do not guarantee specific results.
We do not guarantee that using our products will increase sales, conversion rates, revenue, traffic, search rankings, or customer satisfaction.
Any examples, demos, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only.
20. Intellectual property
All content on the WP StoreFlow website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, product names, documentation, videos, screenshots, and design elements, belongs to WP StoreFlow or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our website content, branding, documentation, or marketing materials without written permission.
Software code may be subject to a separate software license. Please see the product files and our License Agreement for details.
21. Prohibited use

-
Use our products or services for illegal purposes
-
Attempt to bypass license activation or update systems

-

-

-
Claim our products, brand, or content as your own
-
Use our products in a way that harms WP StoreFlow or other users
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe prohibited use has occurred.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to your account, downloads, license activation, updates, or support if you violate these Terms.
If your access is terminated because of abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.
You may stop using our products at any time.
23. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that our website or products will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, compatible with every setup, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranties, rights, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP StoreFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, website downtime, or loss of goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will be limited to the amount you paid for that product or service during the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WP StoreFlow harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website, products, license keys, account, or services, or from your violation of these Terms.
26. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If changes are important, we may also notify users by email or through a notice on our website.
Your continued use of our website or products after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
